Lending a helping hand 🙌 Recently, members of our team visited the Lakeshore Youth Baseball and Softball Association fields to make repairs to protective nets on the ball fields. Crews also fixed some damaged fence sections and helped hang new signs on each field. From Rockport to southwest Michigan, we are proud to serve our communities.

The I&M Military Veterans Employee Resource Group (MVERG) organized a collection in July to benefit Clothes for Joes, a Fort Wayne-based organization serving Veterans. Last week, members of our Fort Wayne team joined over 1,400 volunteers across Allen County for the United Way’s Day of Caring. Our team of volunteers helped fill backpacks with school supplies for the United Way of Southwest Michigan’s School Supply Spectacular. As a result of this event, over 800 kids in Cass County will have the tools they need for the upcoming school year. “Whether boots on the ground restoring power after a storm or helping distribute backpacks to students, serving the community is a significant part of what we do.
