  • Motivated by his father's dementia journey, Derek Small shifted his creative venture firm, Luson Bioventures, to focus investing in neuroscience biotech startups. Though not a scientist by trade, his father's journey inspired him to team up with the best and brightest from Indiana University School of Medicine.
