I am extremely grateful for my past two summer internships with Kaufman Lynn Construction and can not thank them enough for allowing me to grow as a leader in construction. I was welcomed by the Village of Palm Springs Police Department project team in May, and I’ve learned a great deal throughout the summer. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful project and to work alongside such a talented and supportive group. 🚓🏗️ A special thank you to my direct mentors, Ahmad Rahman, Naysha Parladé, and John McKague, for working with me daily and creating an environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and learning through experience. Your guidance meant a lot and helped make this summer a success. Along the way, I enjoyed taking part in volunteer days with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County and celebrating with our team as we received the Quarterly Safety Excellence Award — just a few of the many things that made this experience memorable. I’m incredibly thankful for the lessons learned, the meaningful relationships built, and the chance to contribute to something impactful alongside such a dedicated team. 🌴☀️

Truthfully words can’t explain how great my internship experience was at Kaufman Lynn Construction! 🏗️ I was welcomed by the great Indigo Pompano Live!🌴Project team in May and I have learned so much up to now. I was blessed to be mentored under our project managers and superintendents allowing me to have significant responsibilities and flexibility. I want to give a specific thank you to my direct mentors: Fabricio Martin and Austin Roussel because they worked with me daily and allowed me to be vulnerable with them on different levels. I couldn’t ask for a greater team to work with this Summer. ☀️ Niko Locatelli, Tiffany Cruz, Gabriel Kais, Taylor Logiudice, Rafael Balboa, Mishel Mako, and Dominic Scavone. I greatly appreciate all of the other individuals involved in making my experience the way it was!
