Exciting start to November for our newest sales cohorts! Earlier this month, our incoming sales teams had the chance to visit both of our Holland, MI facilities—an invaluable opportunity to see our Configuration Center and CLC warehouse in action. From learning how our products are configured and customized, to seeing the precision and teamwork that drive our logistics operations, and getting hands on experience with our consumables product lines, the experience gave our new colleagues a firsthand look at the people and processes that make our organization truly exceptional. A huge thank-you to all of our Holland team members for being so welcoming. And a special thank you to Ann Yarnal, Scott Perham, Lisa Brouwer, Jill Goodell, Derek Maxon, and Jeff Sischo for providing tours and guidance to the cohorts, sharing their expertise, and demonstrating what operational excellence truly looks like. Lastly, a big shout out to our sales leaders Dana Fachie and Benjamin Hakes for taking time to join your teams and facilitate this fantastic learning opportunity.
