City of Lynnwood, WA didn’t just modernize permitting — they reinvented it. 🚀 By moving from paper-heavy workflows to a fully digital, customer-centric model, the city consolidated hundreds of permits, cut average processing times by nearly 40%, and processed more than 5,100 permits online in their first year. Walk-in traffic dropped by 85%, freeing staff to focus on higher-value work. This is what happens when flexibility, smart design, and resident experience lead the way. Curious how Lynnwood transformed permitting from fragmented to frictionless?
