We are pleased to announce a leadership transition in our Automotive Division as Russell Welty, Automotive Division Manager, prepares to retire. Russ joined the MDI team in 2020, bringing decades of experience in the automotive wiper industry. His technical insight and customer-focused approach have made a lasting impact on MDI’s success and growth in the sector. We are deeply grateful for his many contributions and wish him all the best in retirement! With Russ’s retirement, we'd like to introduce Karen McMullen as Automotive Division Manager. Karen brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, and her extensive industry knowledge and proven leadership will be invaluable as MDI continues to grow its presence in the automotive market.
