Holiday festivities are in full swing at Mountain Ltd.! 🎄✨Our Boise and Utah teams brought some friendly competition with axe throwing, Arizona hit the courts for pickleball, and our Maine team kept the strikes rolling with a bowling night. Alongside the festivities, our Giving Tree and annual cookie swap reminded us what the season is truly about: community, togetherness, and the joy of giving. 

Behind every seamless login, help desk ticket, and quickly resolved tech issue is Justin Hallowell- our IT & Database Support Specialist and go-to for all things tech.   Justin leads systems access and setup calls for many of our new employees, making sure they’re set up for success from day one. He’s a natural problem solver who kindly guides anyone through even the trickiest tech challenges.   Justin consistently saves us from the frustrations of tech hiccups that could slow us down, helping our teams stay productive. His commitment to helping others shines through daily, and for him, the most rewarding part of the job is knowing he’s making someone’s workday easier.   Why Mountain Ltd.? Justin’s been with us since 2024 and shared that “Telecommunications was a field that really spoke to me and gives back to the community”.   Justin lives in Maine with his wife Shannon and their cat, Chloe. Offline, he is an avid hiker and is gearing up to hike Carter Dome in the White Mountains of New Hampshire this weekend. Justin also enjoys gardening and cultivating super-hot peppers and unique tomato varieties. This past season he grew Apocalypse Scorpion, Death Spiral, 7 Pot Peach, Pink Tiger x Peach Bhut Cross peppers, along with Black Krim and German Johnson tomatoes. His favorite thing to cook is kimchi.   We’re grateful to have Justin on the Mountain team!
