✨ Who cares about the future? Those who build it — Thankfully, #onsemi does! 🚀 Recently, I had the privilege of participating in the Electronic Camp organized by #onsemi Slovakia for the children of employees. My son, who will be choosing his secondary school next year, joined as well — so I experienced this unique #benefit from two perspectives: • As a father 👨👦 • As a presenter 🎤 From a parent's perspective, it was truly satisfying. It's important to expose children — even in primary school — to various career paths from my perspective. 🌱 Presenting our Piestany laboratory projects was incredibly rewarding. Sharing topics like #semiconductors, #evtraction, #energyinfrastructure, and #powerelectronics with the young scholars brought me back to my own school days. At the same time, as an industry professional, I could recognize emerging talents in the audience — potential future visionaries, strategists, detail-oriented engineers, and goal-driven sales professionals. 💡📈 And of course, there was one impressive future genius who asked brilliant questions — especially considering he was probably the youngest participant! 🧠✨ I truly enjoyed both roles, especially on Day 2, when I received a message from my former colleague at #FEISTU Institute of Electronics and Photonics, saying he met and talked with my son — the same place he visited years ago as a toddler. 😊 A big thank you to Peter Gergely for your flexibility and for sharing your expertise with the children. Splitting them into groups was a great idea and made the experience even more impactful. 🙌 Already looking forward to next year! 😊🌟 #weareonsemi #engineering #onsemifaces
