Shoutout to Chef Margot from our Franklin College dining team for her standout Broccoli Cheddar Soup – a guest favorite for good reason! We’re grateful for the feedback we receive across our sites, as listening to our guests is a core part of how we operate. Their insights help guide our culinary teams as they adjust, innovate, and create menus that truly resonate with each community we serve.

In recognition of National Milk Day, we’re proud to highlight our exceptional dairy #ForgedPartners. By collaborating with local dairies and family farms, including Turner's, Toft Dairy, Pequea Farm Dairy, and Harrisburg Dairies, we’re able to provide fresh, high-quality milk to the guests we serve each day. We’re grateful to work with partners who help us support local and deliver the best ingredients to our communities!

Meet Sonya, one of our beloved dining team members at Juniata College! She’s giving us a behind-the-scenes look at Thanksgiving Day at Juniata. 🦃 For Sonya, the best part of the day is seeing the students and creating a welcoming space where they can enjoy a meal that feels like home. We’re so grateful for team members like Sonya who bring heart, care, and community to everything they do!

At Parkhurst, connection is at the heart of everything we do. During our recent Day of Smiles in Philadelphia, 22 team member volunteers from six locations in the Greater Philadelphia area came together at Broad Street Love with one shared purpose: to create a smile. Over the course of lunch service, our team helped serve 274 guests, but the impact went far beyond the meals themselves, it was about showing up when it matters most. This day was a powerful reflection of what it means to be connected with heart: how we support one another, how we show up for our communities, and how our values come to life beyond the kitchen. Moments like these are also why being recognized as a Forbes Best-In-State Employer in Pennsylvania is especially meaningful as it honors the people who make this work possible. To our team members who volunteered their time and energy: thank you for leading with heart and reminding us what meaningful impact truly looks like.
