Last weekend, colleagues from our Atlanta headquarters - representing several Porsche companies in North America - came together to help one family realize their dream of homeownership. 👷🔨 The team dedicated more than 30 hours of sweat equity toward the completion of house number 136 of 139 in the Browns Mill Village master-planned subdivision that broke ground 6 years ago. The 31.4-acre community is located just five miles from downtown Atlanta, offering homeownership opportunities for families at various income levels who are ready to invest in affordable, sustainable homes.   "Homeownership is a blessing, and its positive impact on families and communities is profound. When I think about what it has meant to my own family, it’s very easy to get out of bed early on a Saturday and sweat a little to help others achieve this transformative dream," Glenn Garde, Vice President, AfterSales, Porsche Cars North America.   "What struck me most about the experience was how quickly a group of individuals - many of us strangers, most of us with no particular building experience - came together for a common purpose and created something tangible. Progress looked like roof panels being laid, insulation installed, and siding taking shape—each step bringing someone’s future home closer to completion," shared Gregor Harman, President and CEO - North America at Porsche Consulting. "It felt truly great to build something, not just a house, but also connections and a stronger sense of community. This experience was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we come together. Some heroes wear capes, others the Porsche uniform. When Cody Boyd, a technician at Hendrick Porsche, saw a stranger seizing and choking during a lunch break at a Porsche technician training event, he didn't hesitate to act. Cody confidently stepped in and administered first aid by clearing the gentleman’s airway while the restaurant owner called 911. Cody's quick thinking and training saved the man's life. In recognition of his heroism, Porsche Cars North America presented Cody with a gift certificate to drive the track at Porsche Experience Center Atlanta, along with a letter of gratitude from Timo Resch, President and CEO of Porsche Cars North America. Porsche built a race car for the street — just for Roger Penske. The one-off 963 RSP, inspired by a legendary 917, and created through the Sonderwunsch program, carries six decades of Porsche–Penske history in its DNA. Roger Penske called driving it “a fantastic experience – an unforgettable moment… a special moment among many in that partnership.” Porsche Cars North America President and CEO Timo Resch said, “It’s a fitting conclusion to an exciting project to see Roger drive the car for the first time as it joins his collection, where I know it will be in the best of hands. Team members at One Porsche Drive last week had the chance to see the most extreme Porsche to hit the road – the recently unveiled one-of-one Porsche 963 RSP hypercar bearing the name of racing legend Roger S. Penske. It was a special chance to say thank you in person to those whose care, craftsmanship and talent went into the new 963 RSP.     The exclusive event was hosted by PCNA President and CEO Timo Resch, who was part of a small core team at PCNA that led the project and inspired those in attendance by sharing the story of the 963 RSP – and the original 917K that inspired it. It was a chance for colleagues to get an up-close and personal view of a project that will always be close to our hearts.   As Timo told the crowd, “Porsche is about spirit. It’s about those who dare to push, to do something different. Nearly a year ago, this moment started as a ‘what if’ – a passion project driven by a small team of us at PCNA. With support from PAG and Roger Penske, whose initials became synonymous with the project, engineers and technicians from the Classic team began working behind closed doors to make this dream come to life.
