  • GOOD AMERICAN switched to PostPilot from another vendor to effectively hit their full-funnel. 👖📬 It's working. The team first A/B tested winback campaigns, and once a winner was ID'd, we set up programmatic version of the campaign. Now, when customers hit certain RFM parameters, we automatically send them a postcard to drive a repurchase. 💌 Those campaigns are driving an 8x+ ROI and $1.40 in incremental revenue PER SEND. (That's data they can track in real-time campaign dashboards.)     Direct mail is an awesome channel. I ran a brand for about a decade, never even considered direct mail. Now that I've learned more and more, talking to different folks from both a retention perspective and a prospecting perspective, it is a wildly profitable channel. I had a great conversation with Ben Walter (PostPilot), Jess Chan (Longplay), and Orita's GM of Direct Mail Ben S. about how to get started with direct mail and we debunked a ton of common myths about this massively underrated touch point.
