Whether it’s strengthening safety culture, building smarter systems, developing talent, or delivering complex infrastructure in evolving conditions, progress shows up through discipline, accountability, and a willingness to learn. It’s choosing preparation over assumption. Curiosity over comfort. Execution over intention. The goal isn’t to be different for a few weeks. It’s to be better, together, all year long. As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect not just on what we built, but on who made it possible. This year was defined by connection. Between teams. Across operating companies. From the field to the office. From planning to execution. From first conversation to final energization. We tackled complex projects, navigated evolving challenges, and continued strengthening the systems communities rely on every day. Transmission, distribution, renewables, underground utilities, broadband, manufacturing, aviation, fleet, engineering – they all played a role. And every role mattered. What stands out most isn’t a single project or milestone. It’s the people behind them. The linemen, operators, technicians, engineers, safety professionals, project teams, foremen, leaders, and support staff who showed up, often in difficult conditions, and did the work the right way. The teams who solved problems together, shared knowledge, and looked out for one another. The quiet wins. The hard conversations. The moments of pride that don’t always make headlines but define who we are. As we step into 2026, we do so with momentum and with gratitude. Gratitude for the trust placed in us to get the job done. Gratitude for the communities we serve. And most importantly, gratitude for the people of Quanta, whose skill, dedication, and commitment continue to move us forward. Thank you for a great year.
