We’re proud to announce that Costa Vista, the Cabrillo College and University of California, Santa Cruz Student Housing project, has broken ground on Cabrillo’s Aptos campus. Developed by Greystar in partnership with Cabrillo College and UC Santa Cruz, Costa Vista is the first collaboration between a California community college and the University of California system to co-locate housing on a community college campus. Designed by WRNS Studio, the project includes three residential buildings providing approximately 624 beds, along with childcare, wellness, study spaces, and other wrap-around student services that foster stability, connection, and belonging. This project demonstrates how partnership and design can come together to expand access to affordable student housing, strengthen community, and create lasting impact.
