Resource International, Inc. (Rii) has been serving communities since 1973 as a female- and family-owned engineering consulting firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of the Board, Farah Majidzadeh, built the company from a business that began in her basement into a robust, full-service, professional consulting firm specializing in construction management, information technology, and the planning and design of buildings and infrastructure projects valued in excess of $1 billion annually. By combining family-run business values with technology, innovation and quality, we expanded our Columbus operations to include branch offices across the Midwest, more than 170 diverse professionals in 10 departments firmwide, and an impressive roster of projects for federal and state government, education, healthcare, and recreation and entertainment.
