  • Most “partnerships” in heavy construction fall apart the second the first load goes in the air. Why? Because too many teams only care about THEIR scope THEIR bottom line THEIR piece of the pie That’s why this expansion project hits different. Our crews just finished building out a 200 ton crawler crane And for the next few months, we’ll be running critical lifts hand-in-hand with AMCON Industrial. Not competing. Actually collaborating. This didn’t just magically come together either. It took months of grinding with TREDWIL INC. and E. Rhodes Jordan, PE to make sure every single T was crossed and I dotted. This is what real portfolio relationships look like: ✅ Trust built over multiple projects. ✅ Shared responsibility when the pressure’s on. ✅ Delivering results that nobody could pull off alone. Most people talk about collaboration. Few live it. #rigging #industrial #industrialrigging #heavyequipment #heavyequipmentoperator #crane #craneoperator

  • Everyone loves to trash the younger generation in construction. “Soft.” “Entitled.” “Don’t want to work.” Yeah? Then explain why a 25 year old can get up to speed in months on stuff that used to take seasoned guys years to figure out. 👉 They’ve got AI tools. 👉 Instant access to every spec sheet, video, and manual. 👉 Decades of collective knowledge at their fingertips. They’re picking up in months what used to take decades on the job site. Like it or not - they’re ahead of their time. And half of them don’t even realize it. So you can keep complaining about “kids these days.” Or you can figure out how to harness the fact that this new generation is learning faster, smarter, and bringing value to the field sooner than ever. We have. And it's changed the game. 🔥 #rigging #industrial #industrialrigging #heavyequipment #heavyequipmentoperator #skilledtrades #laborshortage

Five minutes into the job, the plan changed. Then it changed again. And again. By the end of the day, nothing we were doing looked like the original scope. Most crews hate that. They get frustrated, drag their feet, and start pointing fingers. Our team? They just adjusted, stayed professional, and got the job done. A few days later, the client sent over a note thanking us for being flexible, reliable, and making their life easier. It was nice to hear. But honestly, it didn’t surprise us. That’s what we promise our clients on every single job: ✅ Be ready for changes. ✅ Keep it professional. ✅ Deliver anyway. And when we see that promise reflected back in a client’s words, it just proves we’re doing exactly what we say we will. In this industry, plans change. Reliability shouldn’t. #rigging #industrial #industrialrigging #heavyequipment #heavyequipmentoperator

  • If you’re still doing it the same way you did 10 years ago you’re not experienced. You’re just stubborn. Yeah, your way “works.” So does dial-up internet. (actually...does it?? not sure) We mess with different approaches all the time. Sometimes they flop. But guess what? We just proved the old way is best. And sometimes? We find something better, faster, or smarter. That’s how you grow. Not by clinging to the “we’ve always done it this way” badge like it’s some medal of honor. At RUA, we’re always learning, always evolving And that’s exactly why the next generation of riggers actually wants to work with us. If you're looking for a rigging crew that's not afraid to try new things, give us a shout. 📲 #rigging #industrial #industrialrigging #skilledtrades #heavyequipment

We almost couldn’t fit through the door. And that was just the beginning. We were on site at Owens Corning in Fairburn to remove an air compressor unit and load it onto a customer’s truck. Straightforward job, right? Not exactly. The space was TIGHT Barely enough room to operate, let alone maneuver heavy equipment. At one point, we had to squeeze a 25/35 forklift through what felt like a cat door to get it done. Most crews would’ve said, “Not possible.” Ours? “Let’s figure it out.” Thanks to solid planning, clear communication, and a team that knows how to get creative when the pressure’s on the job went off without a hitch. And that's the RUA way. ✌️ #rigging #industrial #industrialrigging #heavyliftingequipment #heavyequipment

  • When people see our name we want one thing in their head: “Those are the guys. If you’ve got a problem nobody else can solve - call them.” We’ve got the experience - decades of it. But honestly? That doesn’t mean much if we’re not handing it down. We’re bringing in young people, teaching them how to think outside the box, giving them real chances to grow - so that 20 years from now, this crew’s even better than it is today. Too many companies cling to “the old way.” Good luck when your last old-school hand hangs it up for good. We’re here for the long game - solving the tough stuff today and building the team that’ll do it even better tomorrow. Got a problem nobody else can figure out? Hit us up. ➡️ RigUpATL.com #rigging #industrial #industrialrigging #heavyequipment

  • Your crane operator can’t rig and that’s not his damn job. You’d think we wouldn’t have to say this in 2025 but here we are. Way too many job sites still think the guy sitting in the crane seat should also be the guy figuring out your lift plan, your load path, your sling configuration, and your tie-off points. Ummmm they’re not the same trade. Rigging is a craft of its own. One bad call, one cheap shackle, one wrong angle, and it’s not just steel and concrete crashing down. It’s people. We run real rigging crews. Certified, experienced, and paid to say no when something doesn’t add up. You want safe lifts? Bring real riggers. Simple as that. #rigging #industrial #industrialrigging #crane #craneoperator
