We’re proud to celebrate one of our own, Pam Frasco, whose incredible work with Project NICU was recently featured in The New York Times! Pam founded Project NICU in 2018 to support families navigating the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and under her leadership, it has grown from assembling care packages to providing peer support, mentorship, therapy, and more to NICU parents and families across the country. This recognition highlights both Pam’s unwavering dedication and the vital lifeline Project NICU offers to families facing some of their toughest moments, reflecting the same passion she brings to our Social Impact and Equity team every day. Thrilled to announce that both Brooke Lowery and Josh Lins have been recognized on the Crain's Cleveland 40 Under 40 list this year! Brooke has elevated Cleveland’s live event scene, helping bring major national events to Rocket Arena, boosting the region’s economy, and championing diversity and mentorship within the industry. Josh’s impact as Vice President of Ticket Sales & Service is equally inspiring - he’s set franchise records, driven fan engagement, and built a culture of collaboration and inclusion in the Cavaliers organization, all while giving back through mentorship and nonprofit leadership. Congratulations, Brooke and Josh, on this well-deserved recognition as change-makers for Cleveland’s future!

Big congratulations to Sarah (Picciano) Lindsey on her expanded leadership role overseeing all Partnership Marketing and Activation across the Cavs, Monsters, and Charge teams. In less than two years with the organization, Sarah has made an incredible impact - rebuilding the Partnership Marketing team, introducing new processes and tools, and driving a 90% renewal rate and more than 30% growth in partner business. Her leadership helped the team hit its 25–26 goal before Opening Night for the first time since the 2017–18 season. Sarah exemplifies “We are the they,” constantly empowering her team and inspiring collaboration across the organization.
