Thank you, Qualified Person Forum 2025 Barcelona! I had the pleasure of co-hosting 3 engaging and open discussions at the conference on behalf of Sharp Services together with the amazing Charis Schmidt (Ferring). Our interactive workshop on Navigating Resource Challenges as a QP sparked exactly the kind of honest and collaborative exchange we had hoped for. Over the course of three interactive breakout sessions, we explored topics that many QPs and QA leaders grapple with daily, including: 👉 The different types of resources QPs must balance—time, people, processes, and support 👉 How to manage your own time, focus, and productivity as a Leader and QP 👉 Ways to navigate stakeholder expectations and leadership dynamics when resources are tight 👉 Sharing what feels challenging—and discovering creative solutions together What stood out most was the willingness of everyone in the room to share and discuss, learn from one another, and reaffirm that while resource pressures are real, none of us need to face them alone. A huge THANK YOU to all participants for your energy, openness, and insights. Workshops like this only work because of the people in the room—and you made it exceptional.
