One of the coolest and most meaningful compaigns I’ve had the pleasure to co-produce with SheKnows and BetterHelp . Providing resources to teens BEFORE they are in crisis is one of the best (only?) foresights I have employed as a parent. Even when our teens are, ostensibly, ‘doing great’ the benefit of learning to speak about their own emotions, experiences and burgeoning identities is so, so, important. I am not a professional of any sort, and will be learning to parent for the rest of my life, but I thank the many experts who collaborated with us on this initiative to share critical data regarding the impact of early therapy.
