We’re thrilled to welcome Ronan Conroy as Tabs’ new Head of Support - joining us at a moment of incredible momentum as we scale our Support and CX foundation for the next phase of growth. Ronan has built a career at the intersection of Support, Client Services, and customer-centric operations. He’s led teams across companies that have gone on to major acquisitions and he brings big-tech experience from Adobe, Google, and The Walt Disney Company/Hulu. Before stepping into leadership roles, he spent years as an IC at DoubleClick, giving him firsthand empathy for the day-to-day work of supporting customers. He’s also spent time in Sales and Program Management, rounding out a uniquely cross-functional perspective. In his own words: “I’ve been watching Tabs over the last year grow rapidly and I’m excited to join and be part of the journey.” We couldn’t be more excited for Ronan to help shape the future of Support at Tabs.

More optionality, less overhead. Invoice Transparency Upgrades Invoice PDFs now show unit prices, discount subtotals, and line-item totals, giving customers a cleaner, more detailed breakdown. Cleaner Contact & Contract Syncing No more empty contacts created from CRM systems, and contract filenames now sync exactly as uploaded in HubSpot or Salesforce making agreement management much easier. Invoice Management Invoices that fail to send now surface a clear status icon so teams can immediately see what needs attention.
