The Honor Foundation is proud to highlight the second 2025 Oracle STEM Scholarship recipient, Tom Randazzo! Tom is a full-time Biobehavioral Health student at The Pennsylvania State University. Before returning to school, he spent six years in the U.S. military as a helicopter crew chief with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. During his service, I continued my education online, driven by a genuine passion for learning. Tom now lives in Denver, Colorado where he is pursuing his goal of becoming a Strength and Conditioning Coach. He hopes to work with high school athletes, teaching them how to train safely and effectively. Tom believes everyone deserves access to quality education about their health, and he sees the high school environment as the ideal place to make that impact. With his background in Biobehavioral Health and his experiences in Denver, Tom is committed to contributing to the well-being of my community. Congratulations, Tom!

The Honor Foundation is proud to highlight two 2025 Oracle STEM Scholarship recipients, with the first being Nick Albarracin! Nick is a Program Manager with experience spanning national security, engineering-driven organizations, and global program delivery. He currently leads cross-functional research and development initiatives in an engineering environment, managing complex, phase-gated programs that integrate technical execution with business strategy. Nick spent nearly a decade serving in the U.S. Navy as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician, the Navy’s bomb squad, supporting special operations units and deploying globally in high-risk environments. These experiences shaped a leadership approach grounded in discipline, humility, accountability, and the ability to operate effectively amid uncertainty and complexity. His STEM foundation began in the Navy, where technology, science, and reverse engineering were central to mission success. His current work leading R&D programs, combined with this background, motivated him to pursue a STEM-designated MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Through the program, Nick is focused on strengthening his analytical, quantitative, and strategic capabilities to bridge complex engineering challenges with organizational decision-making. As an Oracle scholarship recipient, he is committed to advancing data-driven leadership and creating scalable, long-term impact across technology-driven organizations. Congratulations, Nick!

Impact is never built alone. It’s earned over time — through shared belief, steady commitment, and a community that shows up. As they say, it truly takes a village. For more than a decade, The Honor Foundation has been proud to stand alongside our Founding Partner, the Navy SEAL Foundation. Year after year, they’ve championed our mission, believed in our vision, and invested in the future of transitioning members of the Naval Special Warfare community. As we close out 2025, we are deeply grateful to Robin King and the entire Navy SEAL Foundation team. Your unwavering support has helped expand our reach across the SOF enterprise and positively change the lives of hundreds of Fellows and their families this year alone. We couldn’t do this work without you — and we’re honored to serve alongside you.

Each year, The Honor Foundation is able to serve more and more men and women of the Special Operations Forces community through the generosity and commitment of our partners such as the Wounded Warrior Project. For several years, THF has had the honor of calling WWP a valued partner -- working together to impact more military veterans transitioning to their next adventure after active duty service. We look forward to impacting more lives in 2026 with the support of WWP. #furthertogether

Grateful for partners who don’t just support the mission -- they help build it. Thank you to Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., Joel Marcus, Daniel J. Ryan, and Tony Duynstee, along with Robin King and the Navy SEAL Foundation, for their generous contribution to the construction of The Honor Foundation headquarters in San Diego, CA and for their continued commitment to serving the military and Special Operations Forces community. Because of partners like Alexandria and NSF, we were able to create a permanent home where service members can prepare for their next mission and build lasting civilian careers. Your dedication strengthens our community, honors service, and leaves a legacy that will impact generations of SOF leaders to come. We are excited for the next chapter in San Diego and for our continued partnership to support our nation's warriors and their families. 🇺🇸
