Earlier this year, our Northern Virginia survey team had the privilege of attending a special opening event for the newly renovated National Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C. ✈️ The celebration recognized the many teams that contributed to the museum’s remarkable eight-year transformation from 2018 to today. Thirteen new and reimagined galleries are now open, with the remaining spaces scheduled to reopen in July 2026. Once complete, the museum will showcase 20 reimagined galleries, 1,400 new objects, and over 5,200 carefully preserved artifacts.
