    We wrapped up a productive and energizing week at our 2025 Sales Kick-Off in the LA HQ. This is a chance for our sales team to come together, review what we accomplished this year, celebrate our wins, and align on the important work ahead. With the EU Pay Transparency Directive taking effect in 2026, the year ahead will be an important one for the employers we support. Much of our time together focused on how we continue delivering the clarity, structure, and expertise organizations need as pay transparency and pay equity expectations expand globally. Thank you to everyone who participated, contributed, and shared insights throughout the week. The discussions, planning sessions, and collaboration set a strong foundation for what’s next.     What an incredible two days in Berlin! Total Rewards Reloaded Europe 2025 brought together leading voices in HR and Total Rewards, and we were honored to be part of it. Highlights included our session on the EU Pay Transparency Directive, where Trusaic’s Christian Liakos shared the stage with gradar's Philipp Schuch and Aon Human Capital Solutions' Lars Osterhues to discuss practical steps for preparedness. The discussion underscored one clear takeaway: delay creates risk; action creates advantage. We closed the day with a private dinner at Rutz. It was an evening of connection, collaboration, and incredible conversations. A perfect complement to a day of learning and sharing. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, asked thoughtful questions, and shared experiences.
