We’re excited to welcome Dr. Ryan Cleary to our neurosurgery team! Dr. Cleary cares for patients with brain and skull base tumors, using innovative techniques to help detect and treat these conditions. This includes the use of laser treatments, called laser interstitial thermal therapy, which is minimally invasive and delivers heat to destroy tumors without the need for open surgery. He also has extensive training in performing endoscopic surgery through the nose to reach tumors. “The treatment of brain tumors and other disease requires a multidisciplinary approach to optimize patient outcomes. I work closely with my colleagues in oncology, radiation oncology, ENT, endocrinology, and other services to make sure that patients receive comprehensive, streamlined care.” Welcome to VCU Health and VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center, Dr. Cleary! We’re proud to have you on board. Learn more about Massey ➡️ www.masseycancercenter.org
