What a day to celebrate our four-legged heroes! We were honored to join the City of Avondale for the official ribbon-cutting of their new Police K-9 Training Center. This state-of-the-art facility is a testament to the city's commitment to public safety, providing the dedicated K-9 teams with a space to train, work, and thrive. We were excited to break ground on this project over the summer! Our team had a fantastic time at the groundbreaking for the Lake Pleasant Self Storage in Peoria. This marks our first Class A self-storage project, and we’re excited to partner with Garrett Development Corporation to bring it to the community. At 2 million square feet, this project reflects the strong teamwork and vision of everyone involved, including the incredible design by RKAA Architects, Inc. We look forward to delivering a great project for the Peoria neighborhood!

With classes at Arizona State University and a variety of universities across the nation starting up this week, we wanted to shine a spotlight on the incredible Willmeng intern class of 2025! It was a privilege to have this talented group with us as they explored diverse career paths across the company. Their final presentations were a testament to their hard work and dedication. We're excited to see all they will accomplish and how they apply their new skills in the future!

With more than 2 million square feet of K-12 projects and dozens of higher education projects completed, we are committed to creating spaces that support the next generation of leaders.

Great progress is being made on the Gateway Interchange project in Mesa, Arizona! Our team is hard at work tilting up the third building of the project. In total, this development will feature seven industrial buildings that have been designed with the modern business in mind. With its strategic location, modern design, and various amenities, the Gateway Interchange project is located in the growing East Valley industrial hub.

Exciting new opportunities are available in Goodyear now that Formation Park 10 is complete. It was an honor to join our partners, the City of Goodyear and Formation Interests, to mark the completion of this unique, best-in-class business park project. This development is conveniently located along I-10, giving it key access to the West Coast ports, contributing to economic growth and opportunity. The Deer Valley Phase 2 development in Phoenix, Arizona, featuring two state-of-the-art industrial buildings (4 and 8), is complete! This stage of the project focused on the two buildings totaling over 300,000 SF of flexible space, located just south of the Phoenix Deer Valley Airport. This modern space will support the region's growing business needs. Each building contains a speculative suite, which is outfitted with separation walls, features acoustical tile and grid ceilings, and has carpeted flooring along with a combined total of 62 truck bays for distribution, 36 skylights in each building, and a dock-high design for efficient loading and unloading. It wouldn't have been possible without the partnership with Sunbelt Investment Holdings, Inc., and the support of our trade partners. Thank you to all who were involved in this project!
