This nine-story, 684,000-square-foot tower is set to redefine healthcare in New Mexico. Located in the heart of Albuquerque, The University of New Mexico Hospital Critical Care Tower combines some of the state’s most advanced medical technology with a layout built for efficiency and collaboration. The project came to a close in 2025 after four years of hard work and we couldn’t be more proud of the result. Our scopes included framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, door frames, sound panels, exterior fiber cement panels, interior TRESPA panels, stainless steel panels, and wall coverings. #TogetherWeBuild #UNMH #Healthcare

We’re proud to announce that WPI is now officially CMMC Level 2.0 certified. The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requires contractors performing DoD and certain DoE work to meet rigorous security controls based on NIST 800-171 standards. With the 48 CFR CMMC rule now in effect, this milestone positions us ahead of the curve in the construction industry and reinforces our ability to protect sensitive information for our most security-focused clients and partners. WPI’s long-standing commitment to quality, safety, and dedication to meeting the highest standards extends into every aspect of our cybersecurity and compliance programs. A huge thanks to the WPI Compliance and Semper Sec teams whose hard work, collaboration, and persistence over the last two years made this possible! #TogetherWeBuild #CMMC #Cybersecurity

The University of Oregon's second-oldest building, Villard Hall, recently reopened after an extensive modernization, and our Eugene team played a key role. Originally built in 1886 and now recognized as a National Historic Landmark, the building’s exterior needed to remain true to its original character. One of our tasks? Restore the intricate exterior ornamentation. Some of the original elements had deteriorated beyond repair, so our team had fiberglass replica pieces molded and installed that preserved the building’s historic identity while providing long-term durability. Inside, Villard Hall now features upgraded classroom technology, an improved theater space, and seismic reinforcements. It also serves as the new home for the Cinema Studies department, bringing students and faculty together under one roof after years of being spread across campus. Our scopes included framing, drywall, insulation, acoustic ceilings, paint, plaster, exterior fiberglass components, and pipe grid ceilings. #TogetherWeBuild #VillardHall #UniversityOfOregon

Each year, the Daily Journal of Commerce Oregon recognizes the most influential women shaping our industry at the DJC Women of Vision event. We’re proud to share that our very own Michelle Baer is among this year’s honorees. This recognition celebrates women who are shaping the built environment through their technical expertise, leadership, mentorship, community involvement, and commitment to creating opportunities for future generations. Michelle embodies all of these qualities and more, and we’re extremely proud to have her as a member of our team. Her recognition highlights the impact of her leadership and the future she’s helping shape at WPI, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her contributions. Congratulations, Michelle! 📸: Kelby Maria Photography #DJCWomenOfVision #TogetherWeBuild
