    The NATO Summit is a regular event that brings together the Heads of State and Government for the North Atlantic Council. During this meeting, the Heads of State and other directors discuss strategic positioning and other topics around the alliance’s activities.

    Given that there are multiple leaders of multiple nations attending the meeting, security is at an all time high. Law Enforcement agencies, event coordinators, and vendors coordinate to develop and deploy security measures to protect the attendees and high profile individuals.

    This past year, ARX Perimeters was honored to be a vendor for the meeting providing our perimeter security solutions.

  • Ballistic Rated Guard Booth with Bollards

    This was an exciting project to work on from start to finish. Working with the general contractor to get the exact guard booth for their facility was challenging, but it ended up being a work of art. This is a beautiful, custom, ballistic rated guard booth with vehicle mitigation measures at a facility in New York City.

    "Professional Achievement in the superior performance of his duties while serving as Platoon Sergeant, 2nd Platoon, Company F, 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines, 5th Marine Regiment form November 2016 to March 2017. During this period, Sergeant Tobin consistently performed and excelled in his duties in an exemplary and highly professional manner. His positive leadership, mentorship, and steadfast devotion to duty directly contributed to the accomplishments of his platoon. Due to his maturity and experiences gained during his time at the unit, Sergeant Tobin was hand picked to assume and fulfill the duties of Platoon Sergeant. Upon assuming his duties, Sergeant Tobin made significant changes that improved his platoon and the company tremendously. During a company day and night Combat Marksman Proficiency Range, Sergeant Tobin was able to give instructions and commands to over 110 shooters and expended over 22,000 rounds in the process. Sergeant Tobin's initiative, perseverance, and total dedication to duty reflected great credit upon himself and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the Marine Corps and United States Naval Service."

As an Instructor for Corporals Course, Sergeant Tobin contributed 40 Hours of Leadership Training, 38 Hours of Practical Application, 20 Hours of Physical Training, 18 Hours of Performance Evaluation including Sword Manual, a Five Minute Presentation, Two Comprehensive Exams, and several hours of Peer Discussions and Evaluations. The Physical Training aspect of the course was designed to not only challenge the students, but also to expose them to a variety of methods to challenge their student's Marines. Sergeant Tobin was directly responsible for teaching Joint Operations, Operations I, and Introduction to Marine Corps Organization and Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force. Sergeant Tobin's exceptional professionalism, unrelenting perseverance and loyal devotion to duty reflected great credit upon himself and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the Marine Corps and the United States Naval Service."

    For Professional Achievement in the superior performance of his duties while serving as Squad Leader, Second Platoon, Company F, 2d Battalion, 4th Marines, 5th Marine Regiment from September 2015 to November 2016. Throughout the work-up and deployment, Sergeant Tobin was an integral part of the Platoon's success, not only fulfilling his role as Squad Leader, but often stepping into the role of Platoon Sergeant. During the work-up, Sergeant Tobin completed 4 Formal Schools, receiving the Instuctor's Choice Award from Advanced Infantryman's Course. He led his squad through numerous live fire Platoon, Company, and Battalion exercises. Because of Sergeant Tobin's maturity, he was entrusted as the senior man to lead 8 Marines during two raids in Palau in support of Expeditionary Operations Training Group's Realistic Urban Training Exercise. While on the 31st MEU Sergeant Tobin led his Squad on 4 Raids and 1 VBSS Mission and also developed the Course of Fire and Supervised the Execution of 2 Combat Marksman Proficiency shoots, and one Fire Team Live Fire and Maneuver Range, as well as serving as an Instructor for Corporal's Course 565-16. Sergeant Tobin's proficiency, perseverance, and total dedication to duty reflected great credit upon himself and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the Marine Corps and the United States Naval Service.
