As Gen Z would say, “You doin' too much” And honestly? They’re not wrong. In today’s marketing landscape, the temptation to be everywhere at once is real. New platforms, shiny tools, and endless tactics make it feel like you're falling behind if you're not on every channel. But here’s the truth: Focus wins. 👉 Pick 1–2 core channels. 👉 Double down. 👉 Own them. 👉 Then expand. With leaner teams and tighter budgets, now is the time to do less—better. Spread too thin, and you risk being mediocre everywhere instead of exceptional somewhere.
