Appointed by California State Controller Betty T. Yee to represent general contractors. The CUCCAC assists the State Controller's office in developing and promoting uniformity of cost accounting standards and bidding procedures on construction work performed or contracted by public entities in the state.

The Sustainable Design and Construction degree program prepares students for careers in planning, designing, building, and operating sustainable buildings and infrastructure to maximize their lifecycle economic value, their net contribution to environmental functions and services, and their social equity.

The Granite Heavy Civil Minor is a Cross- Disciplinary minor between the Construction Management Department in the College of Architecture and Environmental Design and the Civil Engineer Department in the College of Engineering.
