What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage projects from concept to completion, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams
• Design, develop, and improve products, components, and prototypes while ensuring technical accuracy, functionality, and manufacturability
• Prepare project layouts, detailed drawings, schematics, and experimental prototypes
• Coordinate prototype production and analyze test data to confirm performance specifications
• Evaluate research data and product specifications to determine feasibility and develop designs
• Conduct business case analyses to commercialize new products efficiently
• Ensure highest quality standards and cost-effectiveness in production
• Use 2D and 3D CAD, including Autodesk Inventor, to develop designs and update bills of materials
• Consult with suppliers on components, cost-saving opportunities, and technology advancements
• Provide field support by overseeing installation, testing, troubleshooting, and gathering customer feedback on test units
• Develop and update product documentation, manuals, and part drawings to maintain accuracy
• Monitor technology trends, customer feedback, and benchmarking to identify new product opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s a plus)
• 5–8+ years of experience in product design engineering, preferably within manufacturing environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced experience with GD&T, DFMEA, FEA, and Autodesk Inventor
• Strong hands-on skills with problem-solving, troubleshooting, and proactive countermeasures
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD and familiarity with ERP systems
• Professional engineering licensure is preferred
