Responsibilities
Managing and progressing sales opportunities through the pipeline
Conducting high-quality follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with prospects
Closing deals and driving revenue growth
Leveraging CRM and sales enablement tools to track and optimize sales performance
Adhering to a structured sales process and following the company’s established playbook
Requirements
5+ years of experience in selling SaaS solutions within the logistics and transportation space
Work authorization in the United States (required)
Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience managing a sales pipeline and progressing deals through a structured process
Ability to handle a mix of inbound and outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and demo presentations
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven, with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working within a structured sales playbook and process-driven environment
Nice to have
Experience in software sales
Industry-specific experience relevant to the company's market
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools
