Senior Director, Regional Market Access: Public, Growth-stage Biotech: Remote-based

Our client is looking for an experienced, culture/patient-driven Market Access leader to serve in a critical role within the organization as they grow further following a recent successful launch and several late-stage programs in development.

They are looking for a hands-on Senior Director that can effectively and passionately drive market access excellence across both business operations and field reimbursement while also taking an active role at the sites, with patient services, and insurance. They need someone with a typical "get-things-done" biotech mentality that will do whatever needs to be done to ultimately get this treatment to a very critical rare/orphan patient population.

You will report directly to a hands-on, personable, and caring Vice President who has already established the function and set everything up for great success - which includes 95%+ commercial coverage and medicaid coverage across all states.

This is a new and very dynamic Market Access environment that will allow you to truly make a difference for gravely sick patients, including children. You will quarterback the process and make a difference in people's lives.

Requirements:

-Masters degree is preferred.

-10+ years of relevant experience within Market Access with experience gained in Gene and/or Cell Therapy.

-Ability to handle multiple projects at once, while remaining flexible to change.

-A relentless attitude and desire to help patients in their remarkable and difficult journey.
