Position Mission:
To partner strategically with leaders across the organization to align people strategy with business goals, support employee development, and drive high-performance culture across multiple brands and locations.
Overview:
Intermountain Home Services is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across our high-growth, multi-brand organization. In this role, you’ll provide expert guidance in areas such as performance management, employee relations, talent planning, engagement, and organizational development—while helping ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law.
This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong track record of strategic influence and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HR partner to various business units, supporting leaders with coaching, development, and strategic workforce planning
Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
Support performance management processes, including feedback, goal setting, and development planning
Collaborate on talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential employee programs
Analyze people data and trends to identify opportunities for organizational improvement
Partner with recruiting, payroll, benefits, and learning teams to ensure smooth execution of people processes
Assist with policy interpretation and help maintain compliance with employment laws across jurisdictions
Support cultural alignment through coaching, change management, and internal communications
Contribute to HR projects that drive consistency, scalability, and employee experience across the business
Serve as a mentor to junior HR team members and help foster a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:
6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role
Deep understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
Experience supporting leaders in high-growth, distributed, or field-based organizations preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and change management skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and reporting tools (e.g., Paylocity, ADP, UKG, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
Must pass background check and drug screening
