Job Summary:

KP Staffing is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Salt Lake City office. This pivotal role offers an excellent opportunity to drive growth and lead the development in an emerging location with significant long-term potential. Work Schedule:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM


Overtime: As needed, particularly during peak business periods or for on-site employee check-ins


Responsibilities:

  • Establish Office Infrastructure: Set up the physical and operational infrastructure of the new office, ensuring all necessary resources and systems are in place for functional operations.
  • Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, hire, and train new staff, fostering a team culture that aligns with KP Staffing’s values. Lead by example to inspire performance and dedication among team members.
  • Business Development: Actively engage in client acquisition and relationship management, securing new accounts and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders to ensure sustained business growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in all processes. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize office productivity and profitability.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all office activities comply with legal and corporate standards. Implement best practices in human resources and operational management.


Requirements:

  • Must have previous staffing experience, preferably in manufacturing and light industrial.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office, CRM, ATS, strong typing and writing skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, strong multitasking, and organizational capabilities.
  • Desire to work collaboratively in a dynamic and motivated team environment aimed at company growth and success
