Concluding on the quarter, we note that the Nordic M&A market continues to demonstrate resilience and stability - in Q3 alone, more than 830 deals were announced, bringing the 2025 quarterly average to 1,017. Broadly in line with last year’s deal levels. With announced deal values of almost EUR 118bn through to Q3 (the first three months of the year standing out as an exceptional period), we observe strong activity, underpinned by attractive financing conditions and a solid pipeline of private equity-backed exits.
