Enviromena acquires Rock Farm solar project in Shropshire

We’re proud to announce the sale of our fully consented 40MW Rock Farm solar project near Ludlow, Shropshire, to Enviromena. Connecting to the grid in 2026, Rock Farm will generate enough clean electricity to power more than 16,000 homes each year while offsetting around 7,500 tonnes of carbon emissions annually. Designed with a strong focus on biodiversity, the project includes tree and hedgerow planting, wildflower meadows and sheep grazing to ensure environmental gains and sensitive integration with the surrounding landscape. A huge thank you to the Enviromena team for their collaboration throughout this transaction. We look forward to seeing Rock Farm progress into construction and begin delivering benefits for both the community and the UK’s clean energy future. #solar #renewableenergy #netzero
