Totally agree on your point regarding Amazon overspend. Many of my clients are surprised to learn that although Amazon has Walmart.com beat in total Ecomm sales, Walmart.com actually has the higher share of the online grocery segment (WMT $58.9B / 31.6% vs. AMZN $40.5B / 22.6%). Spend accordingly!
