Musthafa P.’s Post

Our journey over the past few years has been nothing short of transformative. Two decades ago, iD started as a founder-led journey, where my co-founders and I were involved in every detail, building it from scratch, and took iD from a small idea to a strong foundation. But the last five years have been a game-changer. With the right leadership and a professional team alongside us, bringing passion, creativity, and strong commitment, we’ve achieved more than in all the years before. The transition from a closely founder-driven setup to a professionally run organization has been empowering. It’s this team that’s taking iD from a strong foundation to the next level, steering the company into its next chapter. If there’s one lesson I’d share with you all, it would be to surround yourself with the right people, trust them, and give them room to grow and shine. Passion and belief in the team can move mountains, I’ve witnessed it firsthand. #Entrepreneurship #Leadership #WorkCulture #TogetherWeGrow #20yearsofiD Rajat Diwaker Shobhit Malhotra Abhijit Khatu Jaipal Singal Gaurav Kwatra Siddharth Saxena Enakshi Dasgupta GLN MURTHY Sujeeth Ravindran Megha Latawa Abdul Nazer Asif Masood K

The real flex of a founder is when the company starts running better without them. Most talk about scaling. Few talk about letting the company outgrow you - that’s the actual graduation moment 🎇 . iD’s last 5 years read exactly like that evolution Musthafa P.... 🚀

What stands out here is the trust - not just in the vision, but in the people carrying it forward. A team that’s empowered will always take the story further than any one person can.

it's fascinating how stepping back as a founder can actually unlock so much potential in the team. the growth you've seen really shows the power of trusting talented people to do what they do best.

That is an inspiring message. I have personally observed the significant growth companies achieve through the implementation of a strong team and positive culture, as opposed to an authoritative leadership style.

I have seen this pattern across many companies. Growth accelerates the moment leadership widens the table.

What an inspiring reflection, Musthafa. Your words resonate deeply — especially the part about transitioning from a founder-driven setup to a professionally run organization. This is one of the toughest yet most rewarding transformations any company can go through. Surrounding ourselves with the right people, trusting them, and letting them grow is truly what builds the next chapter of any organization. Congratulations to you and the entire iD team on this remarkable journey. Wishing you continued success and many more milestones ahead.

From a founder’s vision to a powerhouse team—this journey shows the true strength of leadership and collaboration.

Surround yourself with the right people, trust them, and give them room to grow.' This is the blueprint. Most founders struggle to let go, but you've shown that empowering your team is how you scale beyond yourself. Respect.

The best attract the best.Blessed to be associated with iD family in my recent past!!Musthafa P. you have built an envious legacy!!

Please don’t compromise on quality… when you scale up, there’s a tendency to turn focus away from quality.
