This week, we took time to recognize what truly makes our organization special; our incredible people. Staff Appreciation Week wasn't just about saying "thank you" - it was about creating meaningful moments that show how much each team member matters. Our week was packed with memorable experiences. We had an action-packed afternoon of bowling strikes, laser tag battles, and arcade victories, watching colleagues become teammates (and friendly competitors!) outside the office was pure joy. The energy and laughter were contagious! Wes Smith roll up his sleeves to serve specialty coffees from a truck in our parking lot. There's something special about leadership literally serving the team, it perfectly captures our culture of mutual respect and support. Yesterday, we gathered together for a heartwarming Thanksgiving lunch and started a Gratitude Wall recognizing both big wins and small daily kindnesses amongst our team. It was a powerful reminder of the positive impact we have on one another. To every member of our team: Your dedication, creativity, and collaboration don't go unnoticed. You make coming to work worthwhile, you push us to be better, and you create an environment where everyone can thrive.
