INAEC is proud to have represented Philippine business aviation at the Asia Pacific Summit for Aviation Safety 2025 in Singapore. As the only Philippine operator accredited with Stage 3 certification under the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) and Stage 2 certification under the International Standard for Business Aviation Handling (IS-BAH), INAEC was invited to speak on the panel “SMS: The Journey Ahead.” President Benjamin “Jay” Lopez underscored the heart of our safety culture: “Our business pillars are built, upheld, and lived out every day by our people. 【Build a safety culture: Empowering Airport Community Together】 Earlier in July, HKIAA hosted the “Security Culture to Safety of Aviation” course, bringing together over 40 aviation professionals from across the globe. To facilitate participation from different time zones and countries including Mozambique, Sri Lanka, Armenia, and El Salvador, this edition of the course was conducted online across two dates. Participants explored topics revolving around security culture and awareness, as well as the need to practice security culture at work. Participants also gained fresh insights into how fostering a strong security culture can enhance operational resilience and safety outcomes across the industry.
