The Bharat Mobility Global Expo Team from a few weeks ago

India is more on our radar than ever before! 🪔

It’s already the world's 3rd largest automotive market since 2024. In EVs alone, the market in India is expected to grow nearly 30% by 2030, especially as we electrify two and three wheel vehicles. As a reminder, EVs are essential to cutting CO2 emissions related to mobility

Over 25 years ago, we embarked on our manufacturing journey in India to supply local automakers. Today, we are proud to have over 7,000 dedicated employees across seven manufacturing sites and R&D centers! Shoutout to you amazing talents! What's new in the automotive industry?

Electrification is all the rage right now! Global electric vehicle sales were up by 25% in 2024 as compared to 2023. More than 17.1 million electric vehicles were sold in 2024, with 64% being sold in China alone! Take Norway for example. The Norwegian Road Foundation (OFV) indicated that 89% of new cars sold in Norway in 2024 were electric, bringing them even closer to their objective of having 100% of that country's cars by 2025.

She did not patent these inventions, however, and as a result she received no credit for, nor profit from, either one. Talk about selfless talent!

The number of the month: 2,000,000,000

Today, we are one of the top 5 buyers of electronics in the world in the automotive sector. We buy 40 billion electronic components every year, a dizzying figure!

That’s all for now, see you next time!
