Congratulations Jess. What a great achievement from our days when you were working with and studying your Bachelor degrees we experienced your natural ability to engage with people with purpose and for the better good. We love seeing your journey.
It’s Official – I’m Now a Nationally Accredited Mediator! ✨ After comprehensive training, assessment, and practice hours, I’m incredibly proud to share that I am now a Nationally Accredited Mediator under the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS). My mediation journey began years ago during my time at Michigan State University, where I first learnt the power of structured dialogue and collaborative problem-solving. If you’ve known me long enough, you’ll know I’ve always believed in the value of alternative dispute pathways - and I’ve spoken about it often. Now feels like the right time to expand my skills and contribute to dispute resolution across a range of environments, from organisational conflicts to governance, community matters, advisory contexts and more. This accreditation marks the beginning of a new chapter, and I’m genuinely excited for the opportunities that are only just beginning. If you’re interested in discussing the support I may be able to provide, I’d love to connect. #Mediation #DisputeResolution #ADR #ConflictResolution #Negotiation #Leadership #Governance #LegalProfession #PublicSector #IndigenousLeadership #FirstNationsGovernance #CommunityDevelopment #ProfessionalGrowth #CareerMilestone #MediationServices
