We’re proud to celebrate the inaugural graduation of the UCBX Academy – Real Estate internship program, created by Blackstone and UC Investments to open doors for the next generation of real estate leaders.   This first cohort set an incredibly high bar. Earlier this month, Tricon celebrated the grand opening of Tricon Saginaw, a new build-to-rent community in Saginaw, Texas. The community delivers 166 professionally managed single-family homes, helping to meet Texas’s growing housing demand.   Tricon’s Andy Carmody led the event alongside Matt McGhee of HHS Residential and Mayor Todd Flippo.   In partnership with Blackstone, Tricon is providing thoughtfully designed homes and communities that enable families to live in great neighborhoods with access to quality schools and job opportunities, at rents well below the monthly cost of homeownership.

Last week we celebrated the grand opening of Tricon Garland, a new build-to-rent community in Garland, Texas. This community delivers 101 new professionally managed single-family homes, helping to meet the Texas’ growing housing demand.    Tricon’s Andy Carmody led the event alongside Matt McGhee of HHS Residential, David O'Neill of Blackstone, Mayor Dylan Hedrick, State Representative Angie Chen Button , and Councilmember Ed Moore.    During a time of tremendous growth, Tricon, in partnership with Blackstone, is providing more Texas families with the opportunity to access high-quality housing at prices well below the cost of ownership.

Last month, we had the honour of welcoming Mayor Olivia Chow to The Stella, our new purpose-built rental community in the heart of Etobicoke. Together with our partners, we’re creating a net-zero, transit-oriented community that combines much-needed rental housing with the new Etobicoke Civic Centre, a city park, and more.   “As city builders, Kilmer and Tricon are incredibly proud to be part of the solution to addressing Toronto’s housing challenges head-on. This summer, our Tricon team came together for a Backpack School Supply Drive to support local elementary schools across Toronto.
