VMA Virtual Museum of Art is proud to present a special online exhibition, 'Creative beyond Borders', our virtual gallery which will feature a new series of oil studies on linen, inspired by Kilkee’s iconic blue and white benches. This selection of work by well known, talented Limerick artist Aisling Burke O'Connor, presents a subject close to her heart that has sparked meaningful dialogue between the local community and Clare County Council this year. Live from Limerick on Culture Night, Aisling will be available to chat with visitors in Berlin about her paintings. The exhibition is designed for VR headsets but can also be enjoyed worldwide on computer or by phone, making it accessible to all. Supported by the Limerick Arts Office Limerick City and County Council for Culture Night, this event marks the beginning of VMA’s outreach plans for next year.
