About the Role

The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, performing extensive data validation using SQL, and ensuring data accuracy across complex application environments. The Business Analyst will support large-scale, .NET-based global applications, collaborating closely with the European team based in Russia. Key duties include conducting functional, UAT, release, and regression testing, supporting month-end and event-related processes, and maintaining high data integrity. This position requires at least five years of BA experience, strong SQL expertise, and proven ability to work within enterprise-scale systems. Experience with QA/UAT processes and familiarity with .NET environments are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in multiple projects by competing and updating project documentation.
• Manage project scope; adjust schedules and priority when necessary.
• Ensure efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.
• Follow proper escalation paths; manage relationships with technical and business partners.
• Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and system process analysis.
• Focus on quality improvement and safe data management; develop process improvements.
• Integrate new systems and processes with existing ones.
• Partner with internal and external customers to ensure the end system provided meets and aligns with business and company strategies and policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst.

Required Skills

• Extensive SQL – data validation.
• Supported large applications or multiple individual products.
• Strong experience gathering requirements and analysis.
• Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• QA/UAT Testing.
• .Net environment background would be nice.
• Understood configuration files.
• Knowledge of how .Net is built out.
