The 93% Club is transforming what it means to be state educated in Britain. What does this mean? We’re taking the centuries-old concept of exclusive and elusive old boys' networks and creating the alternative: the UK’s least exclusive members’ club, a community proud of its educational background and built on the principle that state-educated people should have the same unrestricted access to the networks of support, knowledge and influence that have historically benefitted their privately-educated peers.

Last week, our CEO & Founder Jenny Ousbey spoke at The 93% Club's first-ever public affairs event – a powerful conversation on inclusion and its role in better policymaking. We believe diverse voices drive better policy and health outcomes. Inclusion and openness aren’t just part of our work, they’re at the heart of our values. Being part of this event felt like an important first step on a much bigger journey, and we’re proud to help lead the way. In front of 60+ civil servants, journalists and public affairs professionals, Jenny shared her inspiring journey: from a state school education to journalism, Westminster as Senior Political Adviser, and ultimately founding OVID Health to become the Health Change Maker. She joined an outstanding panel alongside Jo Tanner, Alex Zatman, and Matthew Upton, chaired by Sam Pooke. A special thanks to Teneo for sponsoring this milestone event. P.S.
