𝐀 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐈 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤: There are a range of important traits that make a great leader, founder, or manager - we all know this. However, one habit I've identified that sets the most successful leaders apart, is that 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝒊𝒏𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒊𝒓𝒆, giving them a strong picture of the hiring landscape and the market, which in turn allows them to make informed, data-backed decisions which increase their chances of getting it right, first time. No wasted time, no wasted money.
