This past weekend was an unforgettable one at the Daytona NASCAR race! 🏁 Lawrence Peter, Ricky Chynoweth and I had the opportunity to host some of our manufacturer partners and give them a behind-the-scenes experience. From touring the garages to meeting several drivers and owners who proudly travel in motorhomes purchased from Campers Inn RV, it was a fantastic day filled with energy, excitement, and connection! We’re grateful for our partnerships and the chance to share moments like these that highlight both the lifestyle and community the RV industry represents!

🍰 Second Annual All-Team Dessert Cook-Off 🍰 Yesterday was sweet, competitive, and just a little bit controversial at Little Dealer Little Prices Mesa! Our reigning champ, Service Manager Pete Vezeau, showed up ready to defend his crown—2024 trophy tucked firmly in his pocket, determined for a repeat win. The competition was fierce, the sugar levels were high, and the judging… well, let’s just say it kept us on our toes. This year’s results: 🥇 1st Place – Cherry Almond Cheesecake by Trinity (Sales) 🥈 2nd Place – Carrot Cake by Carol (Sales) 🥉 3rd Place – Ooey, Gooey Butter Cake by Pete (Service) Of course, no cook-off would be complete without a little controversy—our Location Admin Kelly assured the GM (who may or may not feel like it was rigged 😉) that there were no duplicate ballots and absolutely no payoffs involved. This morning, our Campers Inn RV HQ management team focused on one of the biggest drivers of performance: psychological safety. We explored the neuroscience of trust, connection, and team synchrony…and gave leaders practical ways to strengthen their teams right away. A highlight was the “Fast Friends”exercise, which sparked some great conversations.
