    Big congrats to Flip on securing $20M in Series A!!! (Brian Schiff dinner on you?) I’ve had a lot of love for this team for yearsss, even more flipping love for their system. One of my first moves when I joined Caraway was implementing Flip… zero regrets. Thanks to their ridiculously smart reporting, I’ve been able to deeply analyze our incoming calls over the past few years, understand why customers reach out, and bucket those needs in a way that actually drives smarter decisions while learning my customer trends on live support. (Not to be a show off but in 2025 alone, Flip helped my team automate over 12,000 calls 🤯) Which brings me to something I’ve never done before… launching LIVE phone support. Not something I do lightly (my agent-era PTSD is screaming at me 😅), but this wasn’t a gut call, or because someone forced me, the data fully dragged me here. Humans where they matter, automation doing its thing everywhere else. And let’s be real…I'm first in line to call live support when I’m shopping, so a quick, efficient CX call gets me every time. If the data says it and I believe it… we’re doing the damn thing! So excited to launch this next chapter with Ashley H. and our partners at Horatio & Flip. Let's flipping do this! 📲

    I’m super excited to join Flip, as Fractional Chief Marketing Officer, to scale an AI platform that delivers practical, real-world impact today. Flip is applying AI to one of the most important and challenging areas of business: customer service. This is not AI for show, but AI that meaningfully improves business for hundreds of brands today, by serving their customers and giving their human CX agents time to focus on calls that require a human touch. This week we announced two major milestones: a $20M Series A and 300M automated calls across the Retail eCommerce, Healthcare and Transportation industries which we serve.   The opportunity feels familiar. Early in my career as DoubleClick's Founding Head of Marketing, we were part of a transformational shift as digital marketing changed how brands connected with customers on a personal basis at scale.
