Fogelman is growing and excited to share that we are adding a key new role to our team: Vice President of Research. As we expand our IM platform, this position will help expand our market intelligence and deal support efforts across the multifamily sector.   The Research VP will work closely with our investment management team to provide data-driven insights, analyze micro-market trends, track industry activity, and contribute to investor and partner reporting and presentations. Please join us in welcoming Cole Scarbrough to Fogelman! Cole brings strong expertise in the Yardi suite of products and joins us from Hawthorne Residential Partners. He’ll play a key role in configuration, administration, and cross-functional collaboration to support our core systems and technical initiatives. An Appalachian State University graduate, Cole is a big App State football and Carolina Panthers fan and enjoys spending time with friends and family. He’s also a new dad to a 6-month-old baby boy — his favorite role yet. Welcome to Fogelman, Cole!

Fogelman was proud to support Junior Achievement of Memphis and the Mid-South’s Stock Market Challenge last week, helping bring financial education to life for students across our community. Seven Fogelman associates also hit the trading floor in the adult competition, finishing #8 and #13 out of 24 teams.
