Congratulations to Ironmark Building Company on being recognized for their commitment to jobsite safety as a CHASE (Construction Health and Safety Excellence) contractor at this week’s Recognition Event! Together, CHASE contractors achieved a staggering 1.45 incident rate in 2024, compared to a 3.8 incident rate in Minnesota as a whole (latest data: 2023), making their jobsites among the safest in the state. Exciting news from Phoenix! Our residential subsidiary, High Street Residential, has teamed up with MAR-GULF MANAGEMENT CO INC and MDI Capital, LLC to break ground on Union Park Residences, a thoughtfully designed 308-unit multifamily community in Phoenix’s Norterra master-planned development. Scheduled for delivery in Q4 2027, this project will include studios, one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 600 to 1,400 square feet. Units will feature high-end finishes while community amenities will include a pool, spa, fitness center with a sauna and cold plunge, spacious coworking area, pet spa, dog run, club room, and game lounge. 🚧 On October 14, we celebrated the start of construction on the newest LSS Center for Changing Lives in Saint Paul! As work begins, we are looking forward to opening this center in late 2026 to serve more than 1,100 individuals annually through a variety of services. The center will be an intentionally designed space that is welcoming to children, youth and families and expands the services available in the Frogtown-Rondo community. This center is part of our $100 million campaign, Empower What’s Possible, to expand and innovate social services across Minnesota.
